Internship Programs
Our internship program is built for students or recent grads pursuing a future in strength and conditioning, performance training, or rehab sciences. This is more than a shadowing experience — interns learn by doing, under the guidance of experienced coaches, therapists, and specialists.
Performance Interns
This program is designed to provide practical experience for beginners in the field of Performance Training.

Duties & Responsibilities
Facility setup, breakdown, and equipment maintenance
Assist with warm-ups, conditioning blocks, and recovery protocols
Shadow testing procedures and athlete programming
Support athlete sessions alongside lead coaches
Qualifications
Actively enrolled or recently graduated in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or a related field
Strong communication, reliability, and work ethic
Willingness to be coached and learn from multiple disciplines
Structure
10–12 weeks | 200 hours expected
Internship tracks begin: January, May, and September
Unpaid. Hours are eligible for credit at most institutions.
