Use of Our Services
ARISE provides athletic performance programs, health assessments, and recovery services. All programs are intended for individuals who are medically cleared to participate in physical activity.

Booking and Payments

• All fees for assessments, sessions, and programs must be paid in full or as specified at the time of booking.

• Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, fees may apply.

• No-shows may be charged the full session fee.

Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are provided only under circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy. ARISE reserves the right to modify or cancel services due to staff availability, weather, or facility conditions.

Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical activity carries inherent risks. By using our services, you acknowledge and assume responsibility for these risks. ARISE is not liable for injuries or damages incurred during training or on the premises.
