He offers ARISE clients a well-rounded performance coaching experience—rooted in a scientifically-informed background, elite certifications, and a breadth of practical athlete development.
Credentials & Experience
Holds certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Certified Tennis Performance Specialist (CTPS)—demonstrating his expertise in designing evidence-based, sport-specific training protocols.
Since relocating to Boca Raton, Florida in 2018, Sebastian has coached a broad spectrum of athletes—from youth to professionals—developing tailored strength, movement, and tennis programming.
Athletic & Academic Foundation
Began his collegiate athletic journey playing one year of men’s tennis at UW–Whitewater, before transferring to the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science, with a minor in Nutrition. Both institutions helped shape his passion for sports performance.
Role & Impact
As a Performance Coach, he delivers individualized training that fuses biomechanics, movement mechanics, and tennis‑specific conditioning to elevate athletic performance and longevity.
